Mark as Useful Tells me that he has a supeona to serve my employer for a payday loan I failed to pay. That I never took out.
Refused to send me doucmentation in writing. He calls over and over.

Mark as Useful A man with this phone number called me and said, 'I'm calling from Holiday Vacations, your vacation package is ready and will be delivered soon, would you prefer a morning delivery or afternoon'. I said, 'I don't want that'. He said, 'Well, too late because you already ordered it...and don't forget to pay for it'. Then he hung up the phone. I tried to call the number back and it said it was not in service.

Mark as Useful Get at least 1 call a week from this number. I answer the phone and it disconnects. When I call it back I get a "not in service" recording. I did some online research and found out it's a telemarketer trying to sell nutritional supplements. I'm on the Do not call list so I filed a complaint on that website. I've also sent an email to the TX State Attorney General's office warning them that apparently there is some type of scam going on they might want to investigate.
